Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vocaris, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Vocaris helps you run your job search: it discovers relevant job postings, scores them against your profile, and generates tailored application materials for your review. Vocaris assists you; it does not act on your behalf without your direction.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You agree not to:

• ·Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• ·Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
• ·Abuse third-party job boards or use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited applications.

Materials generated by Vocaris are drafts produced from the information you provide. They may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving anything before you use or submit it, and for ensuring it is truthful and accurate.

Vocaris never submits an application for you. It never auto-answers legal, sponsorship, salary, or demographic questions, and it never bypasses CAPTCHAs or multi-factor authentication. Submission is always a deliberate action you take.

Job postings are sourced from public job boards and third-party APIs. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Listings may be out of date or removed by the employer at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the content you provide, including your resume and profile. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. The Vocaris software, design, and brand remain our property.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vocaris does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular job-search outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocaris and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
